Don’t like it? We offer thirty (30) day No-Hassle Returns.
Following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) may be returned for any reason EXCEPT for 'Special Order', Custom, Chase, and Treasure Hunt items.
- Item(s) must be MINT, in original package, and free of any price stickers, etc.
- A copy of the Original Invoice MUST accompany item(s) returned.
Refund, if approved, will be made to original method of payment (Credit Card, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.). Refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All Returns subject to a 35% restocking fee.
To start a return, contact us through our site’s Contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll email a Return Authorization Number that MUST be clearly and legibly labeled on the outside of the package near the Shipping Label.
Item(s) returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damage
All damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue, suggest a course of action, and do our best to help make it right. Picture(s) of damage will be required for verification.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customer has the right to cancel or return order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, item must be in the same condition that it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
